This is a one-hour talk aimed at parents to help them become aware and understand the benefits and unhealthy qualities of video gaming among children and adolescents. It is designed for parents to identify signs and symptoms to prevent unhealthy coping in a high stress and competitive environment. The talk also addresses more serious issues and provides interventions and treatment options for consideration. The audience is invited to pose questions at the end of the talk and stimulate discussion.
