Liaise with CAD designers and the art team to procure, rent, or make the props for sets at the event.
Props can range from small to large, such as of artifacts related to Singapore, to backdrops and replicas built, printed, or fabricated.
An eye for creating an immersive production with maximum impact at minimum cost.
Coordinate interactions with prop-fabrication vendors, transport/storage, and the installation vendors, with help of the event planning and management company.
Preferred Qualifications
Crafting or building artifacts.
Engagement experience with prop-fabrication vendors.
Art and set production.
Work Model
This opportunity can be done online / remote.
Tier 1: All In
Take it through from now to the event close: 6 - 10 hrs per week from now to Oct 2025.
Tier 2: Sprint
Structured for you to help out, in chunks of one or more 6-week sprints. Roughly 4 - 6 hours per week for 6-weeks. We'll have you "take credit" for tangible deliverables.
Tier 3: Event
4 - 10 hrs the week before or on the event day itself.
