• Interest in the Lunar New Year event and putting together your spin on it
• Interest to work with restaurants, event spaces, caterers, performers, sponsors, etc. (with the help of your sub-leads)
• Interest to build a team of volunteers
• Interest in engaging with not just the Singaporean, but also the friends of Singapore community (past events have about 40-45% non-Singaporean attendance)
• Enthusiasm to come put together an event which will likely have an attendance of 200 plus attendees
