Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate between team leads and the event planning company
Track tasks that are done by our team
Find connections between tasks and capabilities amongst the team
Coordinate and host meetings
Help team prioritise and help remind team members of progress
Come up with agendas, and summarise strategies.
Capture and organise meeting notes and actions
Preferred Qualifications
Technical, Engineering, or Administrative Program Management experience
Keen sense of key issues
Fast, cogent, communication skills
Ability to distill and speak appropriately to each member

This opportunity can be done online / remote.
