Create, administer, maintain online systems to support the event, in the most resourceful manner be it customising off-the-shelf tools or creating databases for:
Participant Registration
Volunteer Registration
Check-in at venue
Payments at venue
Task tracking and project management
Data storage, access control, organisation and archiving of assets and resources
Web page and CMS (Full stack, designers, etc.)
Payments by Treasurer
Reimbursements to team members
Expense reporting
Manage workload in 6-week sprint
Preferred Qualifications
Ability communicate subject matter in layman terms
Experience in variety of off-the-shelf tools or creating tools
Work Model
This opportunity can be done online / remote.
Tier 1: All In
Take it through from now to the event close: 6 - 10 hrs per week from now to Oct 2025.
