Build custom, responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring they align with the design vision and technical requirements.
Collaborate with designers to implement visually stunning and user-friendly layouts.
Ensure all websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during development and after launch.
Work with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Continuously stay up-to-date with Webflow’s features, tools, and best practices.
Assist in the development and integration of third-party tools and custom code when necessary.
Proficiency in Webflow, including building custom interactions and animations.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other team members.

This opportunity can be done online / remote.
Tier 1: All In
Take it through from now to the event close: 6 - 10 hrs per week from now to Oct 2025.
Tier 2: Sprint
Structured for you to help out, in chunks of one or more 6-week sprints. Roughly 4 - 6 hours per week for 6-weeks. We'll have you "take credit" for tangible deliverables.
